Eng. Al Accad is a co-partner in Atyan Real Estate LLC.
Mr. Al Accad is highly a recognized engineer and business professional with over 24 years of expertise in various industries, including senior roles at public sector, specifically the Investment sector with a government authority, namely, RTA where he successfully managed more than 80 contracts, not limited to but including lands’ leases of public sector in excess of AED 4 billion, Eng. Al Accad consistently developed and executed successful business strategies that have delivered increased revenue and profit for the organizations.
Eng. Al Accad held a leading managerial role in the telecommunications sector with Thuraya, a public company and subsidiary of Mubadala Investment Company, where he grew their business in his capacity in the business development field. Eng. Al Accad held the position of managing director with Al Accad Group of Companies, a family business established in Dubai since 1967. Eng Al Accad played a major role in restructuring various business verticals throughout his years with the group including, hospitality division, automotive distribution, building materials division and real estate. Eng Al Accad is also a Member of the Board of Directors at Modern Bakery & Modern General Trading.
Yussef Hajjar

A seasoned real estate expert and entrepreneur with wide knowledge and experience. Yussef acquired the know- how of this industry through years of experience extending between 2005 -2021 working on many projects in UAE with a focus on the Dubai Market, and has left a sizable contribution in facilitating transactions for acquisitions of assets in UAE and few in overseas markets, not limited to but including Germany, Spain, London, Singapore and Thailand.
His forte’s lies in the thorough analysis of real estate markets and identifying investment opportunities; having a wide network of connections and HNWI’s he successfully built throughout the years.
Alhajjar founded a boutique real estate company in 2017, named Atyan Real Estate; and in 2019 he established a strategic alliance with a wealth management company that has branches in Dubai, Singapore & Germany; named Ysquared Investments LLC, and acting as Head of Real Estate – GCC
Yussef also is a co-founder and investor in a Prop-tech platform named Estative technologies, which is an evolutionary niche property social network, the company is established in Delaware – USA and started operations in GCC and Egypt.
- Yussef holds a bachelor degree of business administration – Finance; and a CIPS designation (certified international property specialist) from the National Association of Realtors.
Husam Halimi

During his banking career, Mr. Halimi held various key positions such as Head of Corporate Sales and Vice President Corporate Banking handling a diverse portfolio more than USD 1 Bn.
In 2019, After his solid career journey in Banking, Hussam Halimi founded a Banking & Real Estate Advisory firm “HAK Consultancy” headquartered in Dubai, where he has been directly involved in securing transactions for clients more than USD 300 Mn.
Hussam Halimi’s Forte includes but not limited to Debt/Equity Raising, M&A Financing, Real Estate Refinancing, Debt Restructuring and WC Financing in addition to General Business Advisory.

Mr. Russel joined our team as a member of the advisory board for international markets as an organic result of lengthy collaboration. An experienced, natural leader who emerged organically into the real estate sector throughout years of experience.
Mr. Russel accumulates a wealth of Travel Industry knowledge, real estate advisory, forward vision, an analytical, yet creative, and progressive approach, an added real value to the organization with a multi-national make-up. Good judgement backed by data-driven decisions have stood him well in previous P&L responsible roles where considerable process changes have been required. Always sensitive to cultural aspects of where the operation is taking place, he has worked with stakeholders, top management, investors, and colleagues focusing on formulating companies’ strategic goals to on building bottom-line success.
Mr. Russel played a major role with Atyan real estate on advisory and negotiating acquisitions of international transactions. Specifically acquisition of assets in UK, Germany, and Thailand.

Mofida Ghalia
PR & Marketing Manager
Ms. Ghalia leads the marketing & PR department at Atyan Real Estate. She has over 4 years of experience in real estate marketing, managing online and offline campaigns.
Prior to joining Atyan real Estate, Ms. Ghalia Worked for a leading real estate brokerage house where her role involved managing campaigns, copywriting, managing social media platforms. Besides, one of the key responsibilities she had in her experience involved account management (property management vertical) for institutional clients, not to mention many but including account management of Emirates NBD Bank properties, National Bonds, and Endowment Trust Foundation.
